Sometimes I feel really down and out of good connection with the world. It does not take much to put ones personal world back to rights.
How about you???
Everyday Life Sometimes life is filled with blessings, insights, and a heart-felt sense of connection with people around us. Other times we stumble through a series of setbacks, accumulating pain, even falling into depression; and nothing we try seems to help us get out of it. Sometimes someone unexpectedly appreciates us or offers to serve us - or we reach out to help another. Sometimes miracles happen, pain is lifted, new directions open up, and the seemingly impossible occurs.

Live a Life And Don't Just Talk About It
The more positive you are in your every thought, word and deed, the more stimulating and inspiring you are to all those whom you contact. To inspire others, you have really to live a life and not just to talk about it. Everyone likes to see a way of life lived and demonstrated to see for themselves that it is practical and workable, that there is nothing theoretical and airy-fairy about it. What you are doing might be something that many will do in days ahead. That is why all must be proved and tested, so all can see that it works.

Inspirational Life Quotes: Truth "Every truth passes through three stages before it is recognized. In the first, it is ridiculed, in the second it is opposed, in the third it is regarded as self-evident." Arthur Schopenhauer
"All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them." Galileo
"Falsehood is easy, truth so difficult." George Eliot
"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act." George Orwell
"The only way to tell the truth is to speak with kindness. Only the words of a loving man can be heard." Henry David Thoreau
"God offers to every mind its choice between truth and repose. Take which you please - you can never have both." Ralph Waldo Emerson
"If you cannot find the truth right where you are, where else do you expect to find it? Dogen
"Truth, like gold, is to be obtained not by its growth, but by washing away from it all that is not gold." Leo Tolstoy
"The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie -- deliberate, contrived and dishonest -- but the myth -- persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.." John F. Kennedy
"It is one thing to show a man that he is in error, and another to put him in possession of truth." John Locke
"If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it." Marcus Aurelius
"Always tell the truth. That way, you don't have to remember what you said." Mark Twain
"What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way." Bertrand Russell

I agree 100% with dwr's first comment. "You really need to live a life and not just talk about it." We know so many people who say they are going to move, go on a cruise, join a gym, get a dog etc. etc. and then do nothing at all about it. When we moved to France, several friends said, "we would love to do what you've done," but no one was prepared to give it a go and they still sit dreaming!

Inspirational Life Quotes: Persistence patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. it's whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere." Barack Obama
