I didn`t know you could freeze eggs, so thanks for that tip. How long can you keep them in the freezer for.

Chocolate Mousse. Because you NEED loads of it it uses lots of eggs. Yummy!!!
Oh and pickled eggs. My OH loves the hatefull things

OH grrr I want to do chocolate mousse but need 6 eggs but only have 4!

Shop ones are not a patch on fresh ones at all.
I agree with Mirabelle how ever much you make not enough we managed to eat a 400g chocolate, 12 egg mousse between 5 children and 3 adults and we ate 4 times as much as children lol
