I think you'd be better off going straight to the jumble rather than swinging by here. I've just checked the map Besides, gotta be there relatively early doors. I have my steel toe capped boots and kidney and rib protectors at the ready. Those old ladies used to kick the beegees out of me when ever I took my mum along to one. They can get very nasty when they spot a bargain. Wouldn't want to miss out on the experience once more

Was it an Englishy one with English books at English prices? Or Vide Grenier stupid silly prices? Mind you I've come across British here at an AI do who were flogging 2nd hand books at €4 each, the cheeky beggars. At least we lot swap 'em for free!

Big thankQ to donky0aty for the coffee, loan of demi-johns and wine bits n bobs, the gooseberry cuttings (got loads for you mmh) and your hospitality Loved the stories!!!! Never have I seen a potager so clean and tidy!!! Think TRD wants the donkey Big thankQ to TRD and the 2 mini-TRDs for the wine-making books and your company too! Had a lovely afternoon, it was great to get out and about. Back here in just 45 minsish. Looking forward to harvesting the rhubarb in the new couple of days (love projects )

Eeks I'd better get hoeing! Glad you guys all had a nice time, it was tempting but I'm too busy here watering - anyway good stuff about the cuttings, I think they are going to go where the dead blackberry is. Not sure the gooseberries will need the 2 metre stakes though. ;D
