The usual pub has come through for the 'big lorry' visit.
You know, the one with the papery catalogue of things that you can buy from the big lorry and the dates/places it's visiting...........
I've been meaning to buy some of those props made of metal to hold firewood together outside, they're 20 euros a set of 2.
BUT
I am a big lorry selling things virgin!
Has anyone bought from these before and if so how do you do it please?
Big lorry selling things is visiting over here on Sunday and Monday coming.

DON'T DO IT !!!!!!! I'm sure there must be SOME bargins, but everything one of the visiting males has decided they cannot live without, has been total... errr, pooh. I have those log thingys, and although I do use them, much smaller and flimsier than the illustration suggests. However. someone must think the camion stuff is great, cos the queue starts very early, and gets very long

About 5 years ago OH bought some "coins" (wedge thingies) and a sledgehammer for splitting logs from one of those lorries. They were a third of the price of the bricos and still going strong. Mostly tat though but the pics in the brochure are always good for a laugh. Pop-up sauna anyone?
